I love my Papa

I don't know with what shall i start with. My Daddy ....I love him very much. He is a repository of qualities like Discipline,Honest,Dedication that adds an essence to life. He is a synonym for Patience, hard work and he s very down to Earth.

In my childhood days, my class mates used to get money from home to buy what ever things they want. one day i asked my Dad to gimme money so that i can also buy something but he said "No dear i will not give you money, tell me what ever you want I will get it for you.You can take that to school and enjoy with your friends"At that particular time, I thought like why doesn't he give money to me??? I am too young then to understand what my papa wants me to teach but when i grew,I realised that My dad made me to know the value of a rupee. Later when i was in 8th or so he used to give me money. I used to tell him the way how i spent single paisa though he s not curious to know and he used to say "No ra,no need to explain me those all, I know how you will do" but i still have the habit of writing expense list.
He is so friendly, if the world allows me to call him as a friend rather than papa i would love to...We(myself and my elder sister) are very close to him and share everything with him even about the road romeos who used to tease us in those days and whenever we(sisters) had a quarrel between us, he used to come in between and tried to solve it in a Humorous way.

Ours is a joint family. My dad and my Uncle(dad's brother) used to manage the business and they worked hard to raise it. There are so many days in my life I saw him without enough sleep because of hectic work. In short... he is workaholic. and Though he had so many worries in his life, he never made us to feel so his face soon turns to smiley looking at us. Though he is busy with all his activities,he made us to wake up early in the morning at around 4 am and taught us English grammar, vocabulary etc. Some times he helped me in solving problems in Mathematics subject.Up to my knowledge he slapped me hard only one time.I still remember that incident when i was in 3rd standard,he helped him in doing my maths home work and he asked me to solve the last problem but in turn I said "Dad, why don't you solve this also..."he got angry and slapped me hard.

He filled our lives with many gifts and with many surprises he bought us every thing what we need before hand. In those days, there was a big variation between a girl and a boy but he never had that feeling. He gave us enough freedom to enjoy our life in a healthy environment.I am proud to be his daugther. He always forgets his glasses, cell phone, keys and seeks for my Mom's help to get them back. That's a funny scene to watch for us over there. Now,being a mother, I realise that raising kids is not a simple thing, its an Art. They always asks me to give them a chance to raise my Son. Yes, I am happy to send him as I am sure that he will be raised with good qualities but i feel that discipline disappears when coming to the case of grand children instead pampering gets substituted.

Finally I thank him for giving me a treasure of happiness, none other than my life partner for me. He always wanted me to get married to a jobholder as he is aware of the lives of business' people.May Baba give him all the happiness my only wish is let him have a cool life even now.I wish to be his daughter always and always.I miss you Dad .....HAPPY FATHERS DAY.
